I am an Italian illustrator and visual artist born in Siena in 1983. My work is characterized by a graphic, concise, conceptual and highly communicative style, halfway between art, design, and publishing. I use simplified, often almost geometric forms, reducing detail to the bare minimum. Everything is clear, legible, and direct. Color, with bold, contrasting, often flat palettes, is not decoration, but rather structures the image and the message. The images don't depict realistic "scenes", but very clear ideas and visual metaphors. No chaos, no doubt. Every element is placed there with precise intention.
My works have been recognized and exhibited by The Society of Illustrators of New York and Los Angeles, American Illustration, Latin American Illustration, Communication Arts, 3×3 and Lürzer’s Archive and featured in magazines and publications such The Economist, Financial Times, The Guardian, Die Zeit, Der Spiegel, Wired, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Fortune, Politico, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Science and others.
